Who I Am
Welcome! I’m delighted to share a moment with you. Based in Montreal and Ottawa (eastern Canada), I offer classes, workshops, and groups in 5Rhythms movement meditation, yoga, and sitting meditation. My continual learning informs my current offerings. These days I’m steeped in learning about and doing self-myofascial release, understanding and applying biomechanics to yoga, diving into mobility and strength work, and always connecting how my meditation practices inform my place and work in this world.
