Connection and Belonging. Gathering in Community. Every week we’ll dance through a lens of the 5Rhythms Waves practice, teasing apart strands of new insight, weaving our learning onto our warp and weft, creating ourselves anew each time. 

All are welcome: all bodies, all levels of experience (bring your beginner’s mind!), all faiths, all abilities, all genders, all sexual orientations, all melanin variations.

All dancing hours with me count towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path. If you’re on this path, please come say hi! 

Please note: You must register on Humanitix for these events. You may pay cash (ticket+tax) at the door but *no* change will be provided.
