In the 5Rhythms tradition, sweat is sacred. It’s a manifestation of our commitment to connect directly to Source. Let’s meet on the dance floor and move our cathedral of bones to craft a common unity using the beat as our common ground. Let’s forge community – one breath, one step, one dance, one class at a time.

All are welcome: all bodies, all levels of experience (bring your beginner’s mind!), all faiths, all abilities, all genders, all sexual orientations, all melanin variations.
