We have been going towards this darkest night since the summer solstice. Let’s follow the drum beat and dance the light to return again. May we ever light a light to drive out darkness and hate. This class is a fundraiser for causes that are local, national, global. Local: Dans la rue. National: Gord Downey and Chanie Wenjack Fund. Global: World Central Kitchen.

Softly

Emotions, for many of us, embody chaos. They can be unexpected, unpredictable, unwieldy, possessing a life of their own. They can be unwelcome. Yet, if we bring a soft fluency to embrace any of these emotions, we can unlock the essence of the very life we yearn to live. The life we yearn to thrive in.

In the heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms cosmology we dance with fear, anger, sadness, joy, and compassion. We will create a strong container for softly surrendering to the feeling present in each moment, curating an ever stronger capacity to harness the wisdom the emotion brings to the surface.

Dance of connection

In this Dance of Connection we will weave together the transformative practice of the 5Rhythms® with heart-centred communication, embodied leadership, and elements of ceremony. We are offering an inclusive space where you can come home to yourself, find connection and nourishment in community, and explore what it means to belong.
